1. General Provisions

1. These Terms of Use govern the access and use of the website operated at pza.ngo (and associated domains).
2. The service provider is Fundacja Pracownia Zjawisk Audiowizualnych, seated in Wrocław (54-205), Poland, at ul. Legnicka 65B, registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number KRS 0001265495, NIP (Tax ID) 8943294479, REGON 545690014.

2. Electronic Services

1. The Foundation provides electronic services free of charge, including:
   • Browsing informational materials, publications, project documentation, and statutory documents,
   • The newsletter subscription service (Newsletter).
2. The agreement for browsing website content is established upon entering the site and terminates upon navigating away.
3. The agreement for the Newsletter service is concluded for an indefinite term upon the user’s confirmation of subscription (double opt-in). Users may unsubscribe at any time, without giving reasons and free of charge, via the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing [email protected].

3. Technical Requirements

To use the website, the following are required:

• A device with internet access,
• An up-to-date web browser supporting HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript,
• An active email account (for newsletter subscriptions or contacting the Foundation).

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

1. All content, texts, graphics, sound recordings, video materials, design layout, and code published on the website are the property of the Foundation or used under valid licenses, protected under copyright and intellectual property legislation.
2. Users may access and quote website materials within the limits of permitted personal use and fair quotation under applicable law, with proper attribution and source identification.
3. Copying, commercial distribution, or unauthorized reuse of materials without prior written consent of the Foundation is prohibited.
